SHIPPING POLICY

How much will shipping cost?
UK shipping is free. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

What is the status of my order?
Tracking will be provided where possible for international orders. Please check your dispatch email for tracking information.

UK orders will be shipped Tracked 48. Please check your dispatch email for tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?
We do, however, not all of our products are available for international delivery. Tax is included in the price of the products. We advise you to keep the value of each order below €150 to avoid unexpected customs fees and duties upon receiving the parcel.

How much will customs/import taxes be on my order?
Unfortunately, since this is not a fee from Arvinci.store and we do not have this information, as all countries are different.

‍When will I receive my order?
‍We expect 3-6 working days for UK customers. 3-10 working days for international customers.


Can I change or cancel my order?
If you received an email saying that your order shipped, then we cannot cancel your order. It means it has already left our fulfillment warehouse and it is in the good graces of the carriers. If it has not shipped, and you wish to change or cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please email our Customer Support team at contact@arvinci.store along with your order number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Our Returns & Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must have arrived damaged or faulty with photo proof. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@arvinci.store.
 

Exchanges are only subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock then it will be unlikely to be exchanged.
